PAST Events
June 29, 2023 - Project Update Meeting (6/29/23)
The third public meeting was hosted on June 29, 2023 at the San Marcos Community Center – and was set up in an open house format. Members of the community were able to come and look through presentation boards with project updates, speak to members of the project team and provide feedback through comment cards. Additionally, the final design of the public park was debuted that was created based on the feedback of the first two public meetings.

Design Workshop 2 (1/25/2023)
Our second Design Workshop was hosted on January 25, 2023 at the San Marcos Community Center. The workshop was hosted with City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation and focused on building on the park feedback collected at the December, 1, 2022 meeting. Attendees worked together to create their own park layout. All feedback will be used to create the final park design.

Neighborhood Informational Meeting and Design Workshop 1 (12/1/2022)
Our first Neighborhood Informational Meeting was hosted on December 1, 2022 at San Marcos Elementary School. This meeting was the first opportunity for the community to learn more about the proposed site plan for Restaurant Row, engage with members of the project team, and participate in the first design workshop for the new park space.
