More than 10,000 square feet of commercial uses will be placed along the southern and eastern project boundaries (pictured below) with residential and mixed-use buildings woven in.
Envisioned for the new Restaurant Row is a mix of casual dining space, shops and locally-serving services to encourage a walkable environment where residents can conveniently access and provide ongoing patronage to the surrounding businesses.
The architecture along San Marcos Boulevard frames large plazas and outdoor dining areas that wrap the site and lead to the park at the northeast corner of the site.
